If you would like to outsource your maintenance operations, GEA Process Engineering France offers Maintenance Contracts adapted to your needs.
Our contracts can apply to one full plant or only to components. Also, they last for a minimum period of 3 years or 1 year with tacit renewal.
All of our service calls under contract offer assistance with restoring the service of your equipment.
In an effort to optimise these service calls, we request that you designate a referral technician who will be our contact throughout the term of the contract.
Your technician will benefit from a top-level
maintenance training course as well as a failure analysis, which will enable him to solve problems between service calls.
Our contracts also
come with a rotations tool box containing consumable spare parts for the components in the Maintenance Contract. This returnable inventory is provided to the customer at the production site free of charge.
Along with Maintenance Contracts, GEA Process Engineering France
provides occasional component reviews, either at your production site or in our workshops.
