GEA Process Engineering France also provides its customers with a
number of filtration plants, so they can test and validate innovative
technologies or demonstrate how a process performs.
Since plants are
small stand-alone and simple production assemblies, they can be easily
integrated into a customer’s production resources for conducting comparative
tests on existing technologies and validating technological improvements.
Among the many Pilots our customers have already tested are:
- Ceramic microfiltration (MF) plant
- Hollow fibre plant
- Brining plant
- UF plant (skim milk, whole milk, acidified milk) – spiral membranes, flat
membranes
- UF whey plant (WPC 35, 60, 80, etc.)
- Whey protein denaturation plant
