Process Engineering Division has expanded its offer by buying Procomac, an
Italian company based in Sala Baganza (near Parma) in Italy.
Procomac
has been operating in the packaging sector since 1979. The company employs 540
people and has turnover of 82.80 million euros.
Procomac’s experience
and know-how has made it the world leader in designing and installing aseptic
packaging lines for PET bottles. Procomac is mostly present in the agri-food
sector, mainly in the dairy and beverage industry.
